REPORTS TO: CRM Manager

LOCATION: Toronto Headquarters

Position Description

What You Will Do
- Provide customer support including troubleshooting and assistance concerning product repair, use, and warranty.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, disputes, and problems within department guidelines.
- Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop sound Product Knowledge.

What You Will Bring
- Must be bi-lingual (French/English)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Power Tool industry preferred
- Exceptional communication skills - written and oral
- Initiative and strong organizational skills
