**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable EV Sales Specialist to join our sales team in either a Full Time or Part Time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and annual EV sales targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of EV products, features, and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns related to EVs
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate EV features and technology
- Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve dealership goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments
- Participate in promotional events, workshops, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and related technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with EVs or in a related field (e.g., renewable energy)
- Certification or training in EV sales or technology
- Familiarity with dealership software and CRM systems
- Bilingualism or multilingualism an asset
