**Nos attentes**
La personne choisie aura pour mandat de superviser et de coordonner les procédures du service Protection des actifs, ainsi que de mettre en œuvre des programmes et processus en collaboration avec les équipes de direction en magasin afin de minimiser les pertes et de garantir un environnement propre et sécuritaire aux magasins sous sa responsabilité.
**Le rôle**
- Promouvoir les initiatives de l’organisation et agir à titre d’expert(e) pour détecter les pertes de stocks et les enjeux de sécurité en magasin
- Offrir de la rétroaction constructive et du mentorat aux membres de l’équipe en matière de protection des actifs et de santé et sécurité
- Analyser les risques en magasin en s’assurant qu’un programme de sécurité est en place;
- cerner les tendances en matière d’incidents pour développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions de prévention
- Protéger les clients, les associé(e)s et les actifs de l’organisation en minimisant les pertes de stocks tout en garantissant un environnement de travail et un magasin propre et sécuritaire;
- Former les associés quant au contrôle des pertes de stocks (vols internes, vols externes et erreurs opérationnelles)
- Collaborer avec les associés en magasin et aviser l’équipe de gestion de tout problème possible, ainsi que des activités et incidents suspects
- Renforcer l’imputabilité quant aux politiques et procédures et surveiller les tendances en matière de protection des actifs ainsi que de santé et sécurité
- Développer et animer des formations concernant la prévention des pertes pour l’ensemble des associé(e)s en magasin
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance reliés aux pertes, aux dépenses et à la sécurité des magasins sous sa responsabilité, et ce, en utilisant les outils disponibles
- Créer un partenariat avec les autres équipes (RH, affaires juridiques, communications, etc.) afin de protéger la marque employeur
- Faire des recommandations concernant la protection des actifs, la santé et la sécurité auprès des équipes de direction en magasin
**Les compétences que nous recherchons**
- Permis régulier du bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP gardiennage)
- Permis d’investigation (un atout important)
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire (un atout)
- Compétences administratives; maîtrise des outils informatiques; capacité de remplir des
- formulaires, rapports et registres
- Bilinguisme parlé et écrit (français et anglais)
- Approche axée sur le service à la clientèle
- Compétences en vérification; connaissances des fois fédérales et provinciales, des contrôles d’inventaire, de la protection des actifs et des systèmes de surveillance
- Capacité de soulever une charge maximale de 25 lb
- Au moins 3 années d’expérience en vérification / contrôle de la qualité dans un environnement de commerce de détail
- Expérience pertinente en matière d’enquêtes dans le secteur du commerce de détail
- Expérience liée à l’utilisation de systèmes de sécurité physique (systèmes de télésurveillance, etc.)
- Horaire habituel 40 heures (plus d’heures pourraient être nécessaires, selon les besoins du magasin)
