**We are looking for**:
A Bilingual full-time Medical Assessment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a part of our Assessment Services Department, and will be responsible for scheduling referrals for Independent Medical Evaluations according to our clients expectations.

**You should have**:

- An ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and professionally, in a verbal and written context
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to fluid demands
- An ability to “think on your feet” and use your critical thinking skills to problem solve, and make decisions that are best for the team
- A College Diploma or University Degree in a health-related field, Medical Administration or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French and English) required
- Industry related experience for a minimum of 3 years is preferred
- Solid PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience and proficient use of SmartSimple, eClaims Workflow and Expeflow is an asset

**You will**:

- Schedule Independent Medical Evaluations with proficient use of our internal scheduling systems
- Communicate with assessor offices to obtain dates to schedule Independent Medical Evaluations
- Provide appointment details to client via referral portal
- Communicate effectively and timely with clients including secondary service providers, legal reps and adjusters
