- **Responsibilities and Duties**_

1. Client Consultation:

- Conducting initial consultations by Providing clients with a skin analysis to assess their skin conditions, skin tone, texture, potential problem areas, potential problem areas and discuss their aesthetic goals.
- Gathering medical history information about current skincare routines.

2. Treatment Planning:

- Developing customized treatment plans based on client’s needs, skin type and desired outcomes.
- Recommending appropriate skincare products.
- Providing pre
- and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize complications.

3. Client Treatments
- Performing laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, and other laser-based treatments.
- Administering Light Therapy for various skin concerns and/or conditions.
- Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleaning, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and moisturization, tailored to the client’s skin type.
- Administer specialized treatments such as anti-aging facials, hydrating facials, and acne treatments.

4. Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about skincare products, including cleansers, toners, masks, and moisturizers.
- Educate clients on suitable products for their specific skin concerns and types.
- Keeping up to date with advancements in skincare and aesthetic technologies.
- Attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

5. Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Operate and maintain laser and medical aesthetic equipment, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.

6. Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, procedures performed, and any adverse reactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and record-keeping standards.
- **Qualifications and Skills Required**_
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Laser/Medical Technician.
- Aesthetics License.
- Laser Certification.
- Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining laser and medical aesthetic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to client safety and satisfaction.
