Charleswood Capital is a private equity investment company with a mission to invest and strengthen established local businesses with a system to facilitate founder transition, optimize operations and foster sustained growth. Since its inception, Charleswood has made three major investments in each of the property maintenance, construction services, and adult education industries. As we have been building a local reputation and portfolio size, we are now in search of a talented marketing specialist to join our dynamic and growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute marketing strategies and plan for the company and its portfolio companies
- Maintain and update the website for the company and its portfolio companies
- Create and run advertising campaigns on various online and offline platforms
- Create online and offline marketing content
- Manage social media accounts for the company and its portfolio companies
- Generate sales leads for portfolio companies
- Engage public relation and community development activities for the company and its portfolio companies
- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
- Plan and execute campaigns and events
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
- Certain administrative tasks might be included

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years' of marketing experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with social media management and content creation with Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google Business and Instagram etc.
- Experience with advertising tools such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
- Have a driver’s license and own a vehicle
- Photography and videography experience preferred

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
