**Position Overview**:As a Human Resources Intern at Biryaniwalla Downtown, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable exposure to HR processes and help you develop essential skills for a career in human resources.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
**Onboarding**: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
**Employee Relations**: Support HR in addressing employee inquiries, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
**HR Documentation**: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, including employee records and performance evaluations.
**Benefits Administration**: Provide support with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and related administrative tasks.
**Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
**HR Projects**: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, gaining experience in areas such as policy development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
