Vancouver, Canada Stratosphere Properties Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist with project scheduling and coordination from initial acquisition through design and obtainment of development and building permits.
- Conduct research to stay informed of emerging municipal and regional policies and official community plans.
- Monitor and track Council updates and relevant project/policy progression, providing updates to the Development Team as needed.
- Review and summarize legal title documents as needed.
- Manage meeting schedules, take accurate minutes/notes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare professional and accurate correspondence, including drafting letters and editing outgoing communications.
- Create and maintain subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Prepare, submit, and track Request for Proposals to external consultants.
- Provide support with design and building specifications.
- Assist with drawing reviews and compile mark-ups from other departments.
- Track and manage consultant deliverables, including design plans and due diligence documents.
- Provide support for client office and warehouse improvement processes, including preparing construction contracts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations is a plus

- 25% (preferred)
