Job Summary:
The Assistant Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting the inventory management team in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. This role involves assisting with inventory control procedures, monitoring stock movements, and coordinating inventory-related tasks to meet operational objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to meet demand forecasts while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
2. Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into inventory management systems and updating documentation as required.
3. Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to identify discrepancies, shortages, or overages and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
4. Inventory Audits: Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment of inventory management processes with overall business objectives.
7. Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock levels, turnover rates, and fill rates, and provide insights to improve inventory management strategies.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
10. Training: Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory management best practices, procedures, and use of inventory management systems.

Résumé du poste:
Le coordonnateur adjoint des stocks est chargé d’aider l’équipe de gestion des stocks à maintenir des registres d’inventaire précis, à optimiser les niveaux de stock et à assurer le bon déroulement des opérations dans l’entrepôt. Ce rôle consiste à aider aux procédures de contrôle des stocks, à surveiller les mouvements de stock et à coordonner les tâches liées aux stocks pour atteindre efficacement les objectifs opérationnels.
Principales responsabilités:
1. Gestion des stocks : Aider a gerer les niveaux de stock pour pondre aux previsions de la demande tout en minimisant les stocks excédentaires ou obsoletes.
2. Saisie des données et documentation : Tenir des registres d’inventaire précis en saisissant des données dans les systèmes de gestion des stocks et en mettant à jour la documentation au besoin.
3. Surveillance des stocks : Surveillez les niveaux de stock et les mouvements de stock pour identifier les écarts, les pénuries ou les excédents et prendre les mesures appropriées pour résoudre les problèmes.
4. Audits d’inventaire : Participez à des inventaires et à des audits réguliers pour vérifier l’exactitude et rapprocher les écarts entre les stocks physiques et les enregistrements.
6. Collaboration : Coordonner avec d’autres départements tels que les achats, la logistique et les ventes pour assurer l’alignement des processus de gestion des stocks avec les objectifs commerciaux globaux.
7. Rapports : Générez et analysez des rapports d’inventaire pour suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tels que les niveaux de stock, les taux de rotation et les taux de remplissage, et fournir des informations pour améliorer les stratégies de gestion des stocks.
8. Amélioration des processus : Identifiez les opportunités de rationaliser les processus de gestion des stocks, d’améliorer l’efficacité et de réduire les coûts tout en maintenant les niveaux de service.
9. Conformité : Assurez la conformité aux politiques, procédures et exigences réglementaires de l’entreprise relatives à la gestion des stocks et aux opérations d’entrepôt.
10. Formation : Fournir une formation et un soutien au personnel de l’entrepôt sur les meilleures pratiques de gestion des stocks, les procédures et l’utilisation des systèmes de gestion des stocks.
