**THE ROLE**

The Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, will also assist with the development and dissemination of communication materials, including monitoring and updating the organization’s website. You will participate in projects, coordinate project logistics, and track the completion of deliverables.

This is an expert role, working as a team with lots of interaction with local management teams. If you are passionate about human resources, understand the value of people and want to be a part of initiatives that have a lasting impact, this is the opportunity for you.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

**Experience**
- In planning, administering and coordinating one or more human resources legislated programs
- In interpreting policies, procedures and relevant legislations
- In preparing presentations, training, communications material, and reports
- In delivering individual, group training and presentations
- In providing advice and guidance to managers and clients
- In conducting research and analyzing information and data
- In coordinating projects In conducting investigations

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential or French Essential

Bilingual an asset
