**Customer Development** **Representative**

**Position Summary**
- Process online and telephone orders along with returns and exchanges
- Identify sales and customer development opportunities with professional business customers in the medical industry (physiotherapy clinics, medical offices, hospitals, etc.) across Canada
- Follow-up with warm inbound leads and cold call prospective business accounts
- Use sales software to track sales pipeline, update existing CRM data and log activities
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers
- Achieve assigned monthly quotas and KPI targets

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Nurture customer relationships and follow-up with opportunities as a trusted advisor
- Log contact activity, records notes, and pricing information
- Create quotes and convert into sales orders
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues by addressing escalations in a timely manner

**Education & Experience**
- Passionate about personal learning, training and ongoing development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, French is an asset
- Previous healthcare sector experience is an asset
- 2 years of Customer Service and Sales experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
