- Manage and schedule fitness staff, including trainers and instructors

- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies
- Monitor and maintain fitness equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Provide excellent customer service to members, addressing any concerns or issues
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide innovative fitness offerings
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Administrative experience, including record keeping and scheduling
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Basic math skills for financial transactions and budgeting purposes
- Understanding of marketing principles to promote fitness programs and attract new members
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling member inquiries and scheduling appointments
