Winnipeg, Canada Booster Juice Full time

As a **Franchise Business Consultant,** you will be responsible for managing your region and their respective franchise partners. You will help your franchise partners fulfill the Booster Juice brand promise “To offer **premium** products while providing an **extraordinary** customer experience in a **clean** and **safe** environment”. You will lead your region in operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development. Most of all, you'll help both corporate office and franchise partners achieve organizational goals.
**Summary of Key Responsibilities**
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Establish and build a trusting relationship with franchise partners by conducting valuable and purposeful restaurant visits to improve business results, dentify business opportunities to improve sales growth, profitability, and customer service
- Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values of Booster Juice
- Ensure that team members are performing effectively, standards are met, while providing exceptional customer service that moves customer through efficiently
- Coach the franchise partners within your region to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
- Motivate and support the franchise partners within the region to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives. Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans
- Review store environments and key business performance indicators within your region
- Identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching to the franchise partner and team to take action and achieve operational goals
- Actively problem solve and remove obstacles for your region with the intent to drive positive change and influence the customer experience
- Leading all areas of new restaurant openings
- To be an external resource to support region-wide operations in the field with relation to other departments such as Marketing, Real Estate, and Store Development
- Establish business goals and financial targets with franchise partner to drive top line sales
- Conduct brand promise reports to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- **Required knowledge and skills**:

- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
- Detail Oriented
- Proficient in business writing
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Ability to travel, including overnight as required
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, and weekends
- Food Handing Certificate
- **Summary of Experience**:

- Progressive QSR/retail experience (5 years)
- Regional Manager or equivalent level position (1-3 years)
- Experience analyzing financial reports and P&L statements
- Business planning
- Proficient in excel, Microsoft word, outlook, and power point

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
