**What you’ll do**:
As Workforce Attraction & Planning Advisor, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for all positions at Affinity. You will support leadership with operational workforce planning as it relates to attraction, assessment, and selection. You will work on the improvement of workforce strategic plans, including conducting workforce gap analysis and identifying gap reduction strategies. Additionally, you will monitor Affinity’s progress on established milestones through data utilization. In order to counsel on matters relating to workforce markets and human resource practices, you will need to stay up to date on trends that could impact the people operations of the organization, proactively identify gaps, while also acting as a support to problem solve and action plan.

**What you’ve got**:
We are looking for someone who has a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, with 3 years of related experience in HR, in talent planning, attraction, and acquisition strategies. We support your interest in progressing your career towards a CPHR designation is preferred.
