Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading the development and execution of the brand strategy across Viatris Established brands - Viatris Originals portfolio.- Design and leverage primary, secondary market research, analytics, and customer insights to optimize brand strategy and tactics.- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to create and update patient journeys and optimize direct to consumer Marketing activation and Omni-channel strategy.- Driving the development of digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the cross functional team to deliver on product differentiation.- Working with marketing agencies to develop relevant marketing and disease state tools.- Leading cross-functional activities related to the product/TA including strategic planning, brand health assessments, forecasting, operations, and business reviews.- Monitor and track all marketing budgets for assigned products/TA’s (Viatris Originals).- Working closely with supply chain and external vendor to monitor supply & demand and analyze claims data dashboards.- Managing operating expenses and ensuring all marketing activities follow regulatory and legal requirements.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience in the pharma industry.- Sales and Marketing experience in the branded pharmaceutical industry in a related therapeutic area. Previous product manager experience working with established/mature brand portfolio is an asset.- Previous experience working with external agencies and partners.- Ability to think strategically/proactively.- Ability to work in a team environment.- Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.- Exceptionally good leadership abilities.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability and willingness to travel nationally when required.- Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.- Working knowledge of web development terminology and digital marketing production terms.
