As a **business development manager**, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Our company works in the areas of international recruitment and immigration of employees and their family members. We offer a solution to the labor shortage, promote business growth and the integration of skilled workers into the Canadian society.

Our talent acquisition team is busy finding the rare pearls that meet the labor needs of Canadian businesses. We are present in 5 countries, including Mexico, the Philippines, Mauritius, Madagascar and Morocco. This extended geographical reach allows us to find diverse and qualified talent.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, contact and plan meetings with potential customers in order to realize new business opportunities;
- Maintain business relationships with current customers;
- Identify sales opportunities with existing customers;
- Prepare bids and contracts;
- Monitor budgets;
- Provide excellent after-sales service;
- Monitor, evaluate and set prices in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
- Develop good business relationships with entrepreneurs and leaders in the territory

REQUIRED PROFILE
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development;
- Good English;
- Mastery of the Office suite and an excellent command of Excel;
- Valid class 5 license (frequent trips in the region and surroundings);
- Focused on customer service, professional rigor, effective communication and good negotiation skills.
