We are a busy private medical clinic with a vibrant team of 4 that needs one more person to grow our team. We are expanding and have a unique position starting at 20 -30 hours per week which is flexible hours and will grow from there. We are seeking an energetic, experienced and multi-tasking part time office assistant able to work cohesively in a team environment.

This position would entail the following, but is not limited to:

- Interacting with patients
- Assisting the Doctor
- Filing
- Patient recalls
- Computer and paper work
- Incoming and outgoing faxing
- Billing
- Constant multi-tasking to keep office at a steady flow
- Flexible in hours (Weekday availability but not every day)
- Energetic individual capable of coping with changing work loads
- Extremely organized and very proficient with a high level of multi-tasking

Salary based on experience.
