Your expertise in customer service, bartending, and food safety, combined with your proficiency in POS systems and restaurant operations, will be vital in managing orders and delivering exceptional service. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests courteously, host and seat them promptly to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all equipment (iPads, POS systems, machines) is fully operational.
- Responsible in taking orders in a timely, welcoming, and friendly manner.
- Present bills and handle payment transactions (cash, debit, credit) efficiently.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Smart Serve Certification and bartending experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or the restaurant industry.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service abilities with an approachable, outgoing personality.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Calm and efficient in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Reliable, diligent, hardworking, and punctual.
- Amazing attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
