Global Product Development (GPD) supports clinical development across Pfizer and late-stage development of medicines. Every year, GPD partners with thousands of global participants, health systems and HCPs in our work to bring new medicines to market for the patients that we serve.

This role will partner with various teams within GPD - Clinical Development and operations (CD&O),Regulatory Sciences, Global Biometrics and Data Management (GBDM), Worldwide Research, Development and Medical (WRDM), Digital and other support functions to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consultative services (business solutions), project management - execution and delivery (e.g., project schedule, resources, budget, issues, and risks etc.), change management, and communication to various GPD and Worldwide Medical and Safety (WMS) stakeholders.
- Ensure projects/initiatives are aligned with the overall business needs while tracking progress of projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Work with worldwide safety and pharmacovigilance functional line, and GPD and WRDM leadership to review Acquisition, Collaboration and Divestiture project portfolio, prioritize projects, and drive the process for Integration, Collaboration, and Divestiture
- Analyze partner and or Pfizer data and develop strategies for efficient data integration or data transfer in accordance with compliance standards
- Support in estimation of resources and costing
- Manage ACD project(s) as project manager following established methodologies ensuring quality and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation and implement cost effective and creative solutions for faster time to market

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in supporting any of the following disciplines: clinical drug development, clinical trial management, safety surveillance and reporting, clinical project management, R&D or regulatory reporting and analytics, or regulatory affairs.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with ability to investigate and solve unusual and complex problems independently.
- Demonstrated strong customer relationship skills and capabilities to influence and collaborate with teams.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information and analyses to a variety of audiences in both verbal and written format, capable of effectively summarizing abstract concepts into clear, concise, and insightful business cases.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and comfort with operating in situations with significant ambiguity.
- Proven ability to coordinate and/or support multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) with higher academic qualification/degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MS in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance processes
- Experience in any data visualization and analytics Software - eg: Spotfire

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in analytics automation tool ( eg: Alteryx)

Le Développement de produits à l’échelle mondiale participe au développement clinique et à la phase finale de développement des médicaments de Pfizer.

En coordination avec les collègues du GPD et du CE (Centre d'excellence), fournir des services consultatifs (solutions d'affaires), la gestion de projet - exécution et livraison (par exemple, calendrier du projet, ressources, budget, problèmes et risques, etc.), la gestion du changement et la communication pour les parties prenantes du GPD.

En partenariat avec le Développement de produits à l’échelle mondiale, la Division mondiale de la recherche et du développement, l’équipe numérique et d’autres équipes de soutien, elle assurera l’exécution et la réalisation de projets dans le respect des échéanciers.
