A day in the life
- Service and maintain existing fleet accounts.

Meet existing clients’ needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements.

Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation

Contact clients for renewal information

Take client calls and answer questions regarding coverages.

Update client information and policies as changes occur

Answer account related questions/requests from clients

Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry

What you will bring to our team
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Motivated to help support a diverse team

Commercial Auto/Fleet experience

Level 2 insurance license is preferred

Pro-active and a self-starter

A keen attention to detail

Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs

Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment

Motivated to contribute within a team environment

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
