We are currently looking for Office Clerks for the GTA area.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and open mail
- Sort and batch all donations received by payment type
- Sort and verify cash batches
- Receive the books into the tracking system, track the page numbers, and location of the Ousters/Insert's in the magazine.
- Using the industrial guillotine to remove the spine of the magazines/books.
- Scanning magazines and donations
- Use an inhouse software to digitally map the advertisements on the pages of the magazine before sending it off to be processed by another department.
- Ensure all company policies are followed
- Other duties as assigned and appropriate, may include assistance in other departments

- Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
