**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Liaising with local Employment Ontario service providers and employers
- First point of contact for participants for support and academic success
- Conduct placement site visits to monitor progress of students
- Track participants after they leave the program Working with the Manager, Apprenticeship in supplying information on reports and administering wage subsidies

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (2) year degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or Business Management or similar field of study
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience, working with apprenticeship or funded programs in a post-secondary setting is preferred
- Experience in job placements or co-op opportunities for students
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
