**E-Commerce Administrator**

**Opportunity**:
We are seeking a bright, versatile and professional team member to work in our rapidly growing e-commerce department, assisting with all elements of product set-up, order fulfillment and customer service for our online platforms. You have a strong aptitude to learn about hundreds of new products and have an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and a friendly personable attitude. You are ready to be part of a cohesive group working to deliver industry leading products and service, in a friendly and comfortable office environment.

This is a full time permanent salaried position, approximately 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, at our Richmond Hill, Ontario location.

**Requirements**:
This is a high security environment, and the successful applicant must be bondable with a clear criminal record and meet requirements of a security background check.

**Key Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Build, update, and maintain product data in POS/Database and online web platforms
- Monitor, verify and ensure accuracy of data
- Implement and execute data administration of sales & promotions
- Following up on orders, back orders, inventory
- Processing online and phone orders and returns
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of customer needs/issues and industry trends
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Consult with and provide seamless backup to our Order Fulfillment and Inventory teams

Sales are generated online, in our Yonge Street retail store and on television through The Shopping Channel. Canadian PMX is one of Canada’s leading precious metals distributors, offering physical investment precious metals online and in store. Our family of companies is completed with Canadian Estate Jewellers, buying and selling estate jewellery.

We are a top tier official distributor for the Royal Canadian Mint, with a strong belief in offering quality and value to our customers. We are a cohesive team of about 35 employees with professional skills spanning product development, marketing, buying and sales.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
