We are looking for a creative individual with experience working with short
- and long-form video content, as well as livestreams. You will be tasked with the ideation of content on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, working closely with our Video Editor to help bring your content vision to life.

You will help manage these social media channels and their content creation, ensuring assets are original and engaging. We need someone who lives and breathes TikTok and online culture, is reactive and in tune with social trends, and someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box.

**In this role you will**:

- Work closely with other members of the Community and Player Experience team to contribute to our larger social media and video strategies;
- Collaborate with the Influencer Management team on activations with content creators and our Brand team to ensure content is always on brand;
- Prepare the assets needed for video content, including briefs for short
- and long-form video for our Social Artists’ team;
- Write engaging copy and scripts for use on relevant social media platforms;
- Operate and schedule content on the social media and community channels;
- Engage with our players to build relationships within the community and encourage engagement;
- Assist in the ideation and project management of livestreams behind-the-scenes;
- Monitor the growth and success of the community and social media in terms of the overall social media and community strategy;
- Contribute to actionable insights based on social media reporting and analyses;
- Assist in internal discussions with stakeholders to craft social guidelines for TikTok;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to relay insights gained from online conversations within the community.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in video content creation;
- Proven experience in community management and social media content planning, preferably for a gaming or entertainment company;
- Knowledge of trends and current communication strategies on multiple social media channels;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential;
- Experience creating asset briefs for social media video content is a plus;
- Attention to detail, proactivity, creativity, and ability to multitask;
- A collaborative personality with strong project management skills;
- Demonstrated experience in organically growing social media channels;
- Bonus: You’re comfortable being on camera or doing voice overs;
- Any experience working in livestream spaces is considered an asset;
- A love for video games, and/or all things horror (bonus points for knowledge of Behaviour games such as Dead by Daylight);
- BONUS POINTS: Experience with basic video editing for social media;

**Dans ce rôle, vous aurez à**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe Communauté et Expérience joueur afin de contribuer à nos stratégies globales en matière de médias sociaux et vidéo ;
- Collaborer avec l'équipe Gestion des influenceurs au niveau des activations avec les créateur trice s de contenu et avec notre équipe de marque afin d’assurer que le contenu soit toujours conforme à la marque ;
- Préparer les différents éléments nécessaires à la production du contenu vidéo, y compris les briefs pour les vidéos de courte et de longue durée pour notre équipe d'artistes sociaux ;
- Rédiger des textes et des scripts engageants à utiliser sur les plateformes de médias sociaux pertinentes ;
- Exploiter et programmer le contenu sur les réseaux sociaux et les différentes plateformes de nos communautés ;
- Interagir avec nos joueur euse s afin de créer des relations au sein de la communauté et encourager l'engagement ;
- Participer à l'idéation et à la gestion de projets pour le contenu en direct filmé en coulisses ;
- Suivre la croissance et le succès de notre communauté et de nos réseaux sociaux en fonction des objectifs de la stratégie globale ;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration d'information utile à partir de rapports et d'analyses sur les médias sociaux ;
- Participez aux discussions internes avec les parties prenantes pour élaborer des directives sociales pour TikTok ;
- Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes internes pour relayer les connaissances acquises à partir des conversations en ligne au sein de la communauté.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Expérience dans la création de contenu vidéo ;
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de communautés et la planification de contenu de médias sociaux, de préférence pour une société de jeux ou de divertissement ;
- Connaissance des tendances et des stratégies de communication actuelles sur plusieurs réseaux sociaux ;
- D’excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale sont essentielles ;
- Une expérience dans la création de dossiers pour le contenu vidéo des médias sociaux est un atout ;
- Souci du détail, proactivité, créativité et capacité
