**The E-commerce Account Manager** will be responsible for driving sales & revenue goals of the eCommerce business in Canada. This role involves day-to-day management of accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data and identifying future growth opportunities. This position will manage high-growth and evergreen brands, collaborating with the brand managers and internal team members to sell on various E-commerce platforms. This position needs a thought leader for ecommerce, delivering feedback and insight to the organization so we can continue to evolve and grow. We need a skilled general manager, capable of working with multiple people in multiple functions - sales, analytics, logistics, marketing, content creation, etc. - to execute strategies with the common goal of selling more Due to the nature of ecommerce, you are responsive to change and can navigate ambiguity. **What you'll be doing**:
- Being the primary point of contact on named accounts with end-to-end ownership of forecasting/execution/performance
- Working collaboratively with retailers to increase revenue and profitability - It is crucial to understand each Ecommerce customer’s business strategy and tailor ranging and promo suggestions to maximize placement on new and existing brands
- Leading terms negotiations with customers annually to ensure sustainable growth for the business
- Working with planning and procurement to ensure that volumes are placed in line with agreed forecasts and timescales
- Working day-to-day with operations contacts to ensure consistent supply of stock into retail
- Presenting to customers, licensors and the wider Jazwares team as needed
- Assisting on projects to drive efficiencies and profitability across the wider team
- Attending industry events
- Achieves sales forecast, distribution, pricing, promotion, and shelving objectives within assigned segments
- Communicates information and customer needs across the organization - leads, organizes and facilitates both internal and external teams to meet customer’s needs
- Develops customer business plans that considers long-term goals, strategies and results - considers the profit and volume implications of various alternatives to both Jazwares and our customers
- Develops conceptual presentations drawing from all internal and external resources
- Negotiates business plans at customer business planning sessions to achieve business unit’s short and long-term volume and profit goals while conforming to Jazwares policies
- Works closely with the Supply-Demand Planning Team at Jazwares to ensure correct forecast is implemented and executed
- Manage and deliver P&L Statements
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strategically build a sustainable commercial plan
- Weekly reporting summary
- Build on strong customer relationships and deliver sustainable growth
- Perform other duties as assigned
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or industry relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Consumer Goods industry
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and managing relationships with major retailers
- 3+ years’ experience working on various Ecommerce portals, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, etc
