About the Role:
The Pharmacy Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and execution of various operational activities and administrative tasks. The incumbent will also provide support to cross-functional departments as required.

**Duties**:

- Use pharmacy software to ensure relevant documents are printed and delivered to clients
- Financial coding and acquiring signatures for all invoices; scan each invoice with financial information and obtain approvals as required
- Synchronization and collaboration with other departments
- Order and manage office supplies and follow up with equipment maintenance
- Coordinate and execute any billing adjustments required at the site level
- As an indirect Vendor Data Steward, update vendor & supplier contact and financial information
- Provides support to Operations Manager on Operational issues
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient office systems: filing systems, record retention systems
- Sort, file and follow-up with pharmacy’s paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance
- Sort and forward incoming and outgoing mail & faxes
- Organize and assist in the coordination of special events, meetings, training, etc.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required

What You’ll Need:

- 1-2 years reception or administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to identify, diagnose and quickly mediate problems and issues that arise
- Superior client service and high level of professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and proactively communicate with team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma at a minimum

To help you stand out, any or all of the following are preferred:

- Experience with Kroll use would be an asset.
- Experience working in a retail or LTC pharmacy environment
