**FP & A Analyst**:
Location: In Office - Winnipeg, Manitoba

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis. Budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
- Provide insightful analysis to support business decisions. Support management with strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights from financial data.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gather information and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team. Ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze and evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing variances.
- Keep cutting-edge and up to date with new financial tools and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in the SaaS or Platform industry.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiar with financial software systems.
