Product Coordinator

If you enjoy working in an industry that makes a difference in the field of community protection and security, then we have the perfect role for you. Our rapidly growing team is currently looking for a dynamic person to fill the role of **Product Coordinator**.
This position is based in Richmond or Montreal, Quebec.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Keep product certifications, fabrics, accessories, and manufacturing techniques up to date by actively participating in the annual certification of products from all our factories.
- Coordinate the implementation of new opportunities to improve our products in accordance with internal processes.
- Coordinate the production of new samples as well as, testing, trials, and product validation.
- Collaborate in the creation of tech packs and technical documentation.
- Support the Operations, Technical Services, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Sales teams by providing technical support and training.
- Provide technical support, documentation, methods, and training to external partners for the repair and alteration of our garments.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Relevant diploma in a technical field (industrial design, pattern making, tech packs, design, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant position within a manufacturing context
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience in an ISO 9001 certified environment
- Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written to communicate effectively with our English-speaking partners and internal teams outside of Quebec
