As an Operator for live events & tours, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of live events, from setup to operation and teardown. You will work closely with our technical and production teams to deliver exceptional live experiences for our clients and their audiences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced live event environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Technical Setup and Operation:
- Assist in the setup and operation of audio, visual, lighting, and other technical equipment required for live events.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events to minimize disruptions.

Event Preparation:
- Collaborate with the production team to understand event requirements and logistics.- Conduct equipment checks and ensure all technical components are in working order prior to events.

Live Event Support:
- Operate and control audio, video, and lighting equipment during live events, following cues and scripts.- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal quality.

Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment during events.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical and production teams to coordinate event logistics and provide support as required.- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth event execution.

Post-Event Duties:
- Assist in the teardown and packing of equipment after events.- Participate in post-event debriefs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualification & Experience**:
- Technical certifications or training in live event production- Previous experience in live event production, Lighting & audio-visual technology, or a related field is preferred.- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to operate visual, and lighting equipment.- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and software (e.g., lighting control systems, projection systems).- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in live event production.
