Manager - International Operations

**Job Description**:
The core mandate of this position is to ensure:
1) the proper implementation, set-up & management of our core admin offices.
2) the operations and maintenance of all required physical security systems and processes required to protect the physical integrity of our Int'l facilities, installations & personnel on a 7/24 basis
3) the management of ON/OFF roll staff which are responsible for the daily office support, maintenance, reception, courier services, security and supplier contract management activities.
4) the management of subtenant's requirements where applicable.
5) Coordination of miscellaneous office related activities & events (I.E. Drive week, Christmas party, VIP visitors, etc)
6) Related ISO Certifications are maintained where applicable such as IS045001
7) Management of a team composed of ± 10 team members (i.e. ± 4 on roll and ± 7 off roll)
**SOMMAIRE DES FONCTIONS/SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS**
ü Define security guard's vendor contract requirements and negotiates jointly with procurement all vendor contracts related to sector;
ü Defines RFQ CAPEX project requirements for modernization and/or growth requirements including AMC's still specific to Security Operations & Systems
ü Define physical security systems standards and processes to be implemented at all staffed locations;
ü Create and maintain as-built diagrams and reports of Security systems
ü Defines and manages OPEX and CAPEX budget requirements pertaining to his sector with a string focus on cost management
ü Interface with local & national authorities for both internal and external audits (i.e. HSE audits, USG NSA audits, local police & official authorities, etc.);
ü Ensures evacuation plan and required drills are in place with the landlords and/or other mandated authority group.
ü Manage the various office move and fit-out projects as primary Project Manager.
ü Manages the security guard personnel at our various Int'l centres and others identified by his superior.
ü Manage all day-to-day aspects of the cleaning contract at all sites under his region ensuring the required service level and standards are being maintained.
ü Act as a link between internal customers Subtenant(s)/Landlord(s) to ensure prompt and professional resolution of any issues that may arise
ü Manage a range of supplier contracts, to include stationery, furniture, vendor machines (ex: Printers), tea/coffee supplies, business stationery ordering. Monthly account/expenditure review meetings for all sites.
ü Ensure all meeting rooms are kept tidy, properly stocked with stationery and liaise with IT to ensure cable management is organized and Audio Video equipment is functional.
ü Act as key team representative on Health & Safety Committees where applicable.
