**Summary of Responsibilities**:
- Revise and maintain EHS procedures: monitor due dates, assign updates to departments, follow up, provide administrative support for documents, and work with Quality to publish documents on SharePoint. Meet documentation control requirements and standards in performance of duties.
- Ensure Maintenance Planning tasks are completed as required under EHS (Annual 3rd party inspection, Air Quality/Noise Assessments, Fire System Inspections etc)
- Maintain department training and task certification records for several departments / sites using Excel, SafeDay and SkillsSleuth
- Maintain regulatory training records and work with Area Manager EHS and site EHS teams on updating and scheduling EHS training.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic training documentation.
- Perform a variety of EHS administrative tasks and recordkeeping functions, as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Excellent computer skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel required; Computer Based Training system a plus. Training on required company systems must be completed successfully within 60 days of hire (mínimal OJT provided).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation and training requirements a plus
