The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the administrative functions.

What you’ll be doing:
General office support, including assisting leadership and administrative support teams Providing scheduling, logistics, and support of corporate events Providing backup to reception desk by answering phones, welcoming visitors, and accepting mail/shipments Providing overflow administrative services to corporate accounting and shared services team members as needed Data entry, scanning, and indexing of documents as requested Working with project team on new assignments or project specific tasks needs Maintaining the kitchen (i.e., food, beverages, coffee machine, water cooler) Working with office cleaning crew, securing new companies when needed

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication required; excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills. Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers. High levels of diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality a must. Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
