**About the Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer support for in-force clients - Liaison between carriers and clients, member and plan administrator support
- Manage and distribute quarterly newsletters
- Data entry and general administration
- Management of confidential client data
- Provide administrative support to brokers/sales staff, including spreadsheets and marketing requests from carriers
- Manage, track & follow-up of new client & existing client files
- Scheduling meetings, and support with onboarding new clients
- Navigate and manage data using multiple technology platforms

**Your Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of employee benefit experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive & professional attitude, with a slice of personality
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and various technology-based systems
- Self-Starter - Results Oriented Work Environment
- Strong communicator (Written & verbal) & highly detailed
- Able to analyze and update company procedures

**Additional BONUS Skills**:

- Holds LLQP or HLLQP Designation
- Ability to manage Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram posts
- Mail chimp, Survey Monkey experience
- Graphic Design Skills for our newsletters
- Creative thinker that is willing to offer suggestions or ideas
- You want to grow your career

Work remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
