**This is what you will be doing**:
Reporting to the Program Director of Medicine, the Patient Care Manager-3 South Inpatient Respirology (PCM) is an inspiring member of the Medicine Program management team and accountable for the quality of patient care, utilization of resources, staff development and for developing/sustaining team centered approaches for the day-to-day management of 3 South. You will support your teams to adapt course as needed to meet corporate and program related objectives. In addition, you will support the Program Director in planning and leading program specific initiatives and projects.

**What you must have**:

- Completion of a recognized Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or other Health Discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years recent clinical frontline management experience required
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience Medicine and/or Critical Care required
- Current certificate of licensure/registration with a recognized professional regulatory College required
