**We are hiring a permanent part-time or full-time Admin Support to join our team** The Admin Support is responsible for a variety of data entry, administrative and in office customer service duties, as well as support for a team of therapists. The Admin Support is also responsible for ensuring that assigned programs, groups and services are supported effectively and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of related office experience.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent related work experience required.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Ability to work remotely from home with internet capacity and in the office, as required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of two evenings per week.
- An energetic and welcoming personality with ability to be versatile, flexible and a team player.
- A satisfactory current Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Fluency in second language is an asset.
