Position Overview:
**What You'll Do**:

- Lead the development of Technology Governance documents including policies, procedures, standards and guidelines in support of CG's GRC objectives and practices.
- Collaborate and facilitate with internal stakeholders to continue the maturation of the GRC program in order to better understand end to end processes to identify and advise on how to mitigate relevant technology risks
- Identify, assess, track and manage technology risk and remediation plans by ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Assist with the gathering of evidence for in-scope SOX entities for the execution of the annual IT SOX testing program with various audit teams
- Collaborate with Management partners to review SOX documentation such as risk control matrices, narratives and flowcharts to identify control and process improvement opportunities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of new and existing vendors to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide oversight in efforts to review and assess SOC 1 / SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / PCI reports to ensure appropriate controls are identified and operating effectively
- Contribute to and foster positive working relationships by managing effective communications with key partners through the advocacy and promotion of risk awareness and cultureHandle ad-hoc requests or inquiries related to risk and compliance initiatives and function

**Let's Talk About You**:

- At least 5 years of IT audit, risk, compliance or similar experience required
- CISA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC, or other relevant IT of Information Security designation is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of risk methodology and frameworks such as SOX, COSO and IT COBIT
- Experienced in documenting, assessing, designing and assisting Management with Strong written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and presentation (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Prior experience with technologies such as MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Azure, ServiceNow, Security Scorecard
- Proven project management, communication in both oral and written form as well as the ability to work independently and collaborative across functional teams
