If you’re a busy parent, or someone who is looking for a part-time **work-from-home** job, this position is for you We are looking for a dynamic self-starter, who has experience working as a service administrator or a warranty administrator preferably in a heavy-duty equipment industry. This position will start as 30 hours per week for the first 3 - 6 months on-site in our Edmonton location for training purposes, afterwards it will become 20 hours per week Mon-Fri from home, where we will provide you with all the necessary equipment along with a company-paid cell-phone

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Courteously handle all customer warranty issues, complaints and misunderstandings and ensure that all claims are correctly documented.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and related transactions.
- Perform all other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training in heavy equipment service/warranty administration or related field.
- Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, Fleet or Commercial/Retail.
- 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a related field
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for claims process and record keeping.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people tactfully and professionally at all times
- Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must have valid driver’s license

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
