Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members
- Assist customers in the store
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
