**Main accountabilities include**:

- Comfortably and continuously lift/move up to 70 lbs. of baggage and transport it between aircraft and airport terminals.
- Performs baggage pulls and delivery
- Load, unload customer luggage and ensure that baggage is sorted correctly and reach their flights on time.
- Assists with arrival and departure of aircraft.
- Transfer luggage from check-in areas to departure areas.
- Reports baggage that’s damaged and suspicious.
- Ensures safe operation and proper handling of passenger baggage.
- Frequent bending, stretching push/pulling, stacking and kneeling in small confined locations.
- Operate motorized equipment including but not limited to belt loaders, baggage tractors, GPU, vans and dollies.
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage.
- Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Company and Airline specific procedures and policies.
- Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role.
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass and maintain the D AVOP (both written & practical)
- Must be able to push, pull lift up to 70lbs when required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
- Must have a valid Provincial driver’s license G or G2 with good driving record.
- Must be able to meet and maintain the security level required for this position.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
- Work is done primarily outdoors. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, work is primarily outdoors.

Les principales responsabilités comprennent : Soulevez/déplacez confortablement et en continu jusqu'à 70 lb. des bagages et de les transporter entre les avions et les terminaux de l'aéroport. Effectue le tirage et la livraison des bagages Charger, décharger les bagages des clients et s'assurer que les bagages sont triés correctement et qu'ils atteignent leurs vols à temps. Aide à l'arrivée et au départ des avions. Transfert des bagages des zones d'enregistrement aux zones de départ. Signale les bagages endommagés et suspects. Assure un fonctionnement sûr et une manipulation appropriée des bagages des passagers. Se pencher fréquemment, s'étirer, pousser/tirer, empiler et s'agenouiller dans de petits endroits confinés. Utiliser des équipements motorisés, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, des chargeurs à bande, des tracteurs à bagages, des GPU, des fourgonnettes et des chariots. Lire et interpréter les instructions de chargement de la masse et du centrage des aéronefs, les étiquettes d'identification des matières dangereuses, les manifestes de chargement des aéronefs et les bagages. S'assurer que les tâches sont effectuées conformément aux procédures et politiques spécifiques de la compagnie et de la compagnie aérienne. Nécessaire pour assister à la formation obligatoire imposée par la compagnie et les compagnies aériennes selon le rôle du poste. Effectue d'autres tâches assignées Diplômes et expérience : Doit être âgé d'au moins 18 ans. Doit avoir un diplôme d'études secondaires, GED ou équivalent. Doit être capable de réussir et de maintenir le D AVOP (écrit et pratique) Doit être capable de pousser, tirer jusqu'à 70 lb au besoin. Doit pouvoir parler, lire et écrire couramment l'anglais. Doit détenir un permis de conduire provincial valide G ou G2 avec un bon dossier de conduite. Doit être en mesure d'atteindre et de maintenir le niveau de sécurité requis pour ce poste. Doit être disponible et flexible pour travailler des quarts de travail variables, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés, si nécessaire. Le travail se fait principalement à l'extérieur. Doit être à l'aise de travailler dans toutes les conditions météorologiques, le travail se fait principalement à l'extérieur. Fiabilité, notre client et vos collègues comptent sur vous.
