**Working at Fanshawe College**
- **Note**:These are part-time temporary Faculty positions. Start and end dates to be determined.
- The School of Public Safety is looking to build a pool of applicants to fill vacancies as they arise, succession plan, and expand our current part-time faculty team. Having fresh ideas and diverse experience is essential to ensuring our programs continue to be vibrant and meet industry needs.

- Business Law**Qualifications**

**GENERAL** **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Teaching experience with hybrid and/or online delivery preferred
- Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets

**SPECIFIC** **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary 4-year degree
- University Law Program, Paralegal Program or Law Clerk Program graduate
- Minimum 5 years’ recent, relevant experience
- Bachelor of Education or Master’s of Education an asset
- If applicant is a Lawyer or Paralegal, membership in good standing with Law Society of Canada is required (must provide LSO number)
