**Profil du poste**:
Match Retail est à la recherche d’un responsable clientèle possédant une connaissance approfondie du paysage des services de vente au détail, qui souhaite se lancer dans notre aventure et rejoindre une équipe passionnée, diversifiée et entrepreneuriale.

Le responsable clientèle est un membre essentiel de l’équipe et le principal point de contact pour les clients. Ce sont des penseurs critiques qui supervisent un client et ses multiples programmes. Ils sont également responsables d’apporter des contributions stratégiques et de faire preuve de leadership en collaboration avec l’équipe de direction. Ils sont un moteur clé pour la collaboration et le partenariat avec les clients et les équipes internes transversales. Par le biais d’un modèle positif, cette personne est également responsable du développement des subordonnés directs et de la création d’un environnement d’équipe positif et collaboratif, tant en interne qu’avec les clients.

**Rôle et responsabilités**:

- Travailler sur plusieurs clients/projets simultanément. Comprendre pleinement les besoins et les défis commerciaux du client.
- Mettre l'accent sur l'analyse de la situation/du marché/du consommateur afin de générer des stratégies supérieures pour obtenir des résultats optimaux pour le client.
- Démontrer une connaissance des marques du client et des catégories dans lesquelles elles évoluent. Apporter une valeur ajoutée au client en faisant des recommandations stratégiques judicieuses qui soutiennent les stratégies de croissance du client.
- Stimuler les ventes et les résultats
- Élaborer et présenter des présentations clients puissantes, pertinentes et stratégiques conduisant à des programmes supérieurs et à des facturations supplémentaires.
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients en renforçant constamment les valeurs fondamentales de Match Retail et en offrant une performance supérieure sur chaque projet.
- Fournir un leadership aux équipes internes dans la réalisation des objectifs du client.
- Gérer et diriger le développement professionnel des superviseurs de compte, des coordonnateurs de compte ou des membres de l'équipe sur le terrain en partageant les connaissances et les meilleures pratiques, planifier des réunions individuelles régulières.
- Gérer les aspects financiers globaux du programme, le budget et la réconciliation.
- Assurer une exécution sans faille du programme, depuis l'idéation stratégique jusqu'à l'analyse post-programme.
- Superviser la gestion rapide de la facturation du client.
- Démontrer sa capacité à avoir les "discussions difficiles" avec le client sur l'allocation du budget, les ressources, etc.

**Exigences**:

- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en agence ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans une discipline marketing connexe
- Bilinguisme français et anglais requis à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Solides compétences en matière de relations avec les clients et capacité à gérer plusieurs clients
- Mentalité de leadership et expérience avérée dans la gestion d'autres personnes.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser efficacement les projets et les tâches
- Mentalité axée sur les solutions - capacité à faire avancer les projets malgré les obstacles potentiels et à guider les parties prenantes internes et externes à chaque étape
- Bonne connaissance du secteur du commerce de détail, jugement solide et compétences confirmées en matière de planification stratégique
- Esprit créatif avec une mentalité pratique
- Analyse commerciale pour aider nos clients à réaliser de nouvelles opportunités
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet et souci du détail
- Solide sens des affaires et gestion financière
- Solides compétences en présentation, communication et négociation
