**About Us**

The **Mount Saint Vincent University Students' Union (MSVUSU)** is a non-for-profit organization committed to fostering a student experience that can be described as fulfilling, memorable and fun. It is organization made up of elected and hired students and staff who work for, and with Mount students. The purpose of the MSVUSU is to provide effective representation, advocacy, governance, services, and student life to the students of MSVU.

**About the Opportunity**

MSVUSU is seeking a _**Strategic Operations Manager for the Students’ Union.**_

Reporting to the Student Union President, the Strategic Operations Manager is responsible for management of general operation of the organization, and providing support to the President in keeping with the organization’s Constitution, Bylaws and Policies. The role supports the President in development and implementation of the strategic plan and monitoring the progress. This position is also responsible for the human resource management, orientation of new members and ensuring the effective management of financial resources by monitoring all revenues, expenditures and investments.
