**Team** / Position Overview**
We are pleased to announce an opportunity is available within our Mississauga offices supporting the Citi Commercial Bank testing environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communication Skills & Relationship Building - Collaborating with Dev, QA, Support teams
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic - organisation and prioritization skills
- Documenting Processes - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence
- UAT Code Releases via Udeploy
- Monitors and maintains end-to-end test environment connectivity, environment health through tools and creates/executes automated health-checks.
- Proactive Problem Solving - Env Management / Issue Resolution / Patching / Status Reporting
- System stability - ensuring environments are fully functional
- Team Collaboration - Managing stakeholder queries to enable a quick turnaround
- Stakeholder management / Communicating system downtime
- Managing customer expectations
- Contributing to standards around which others will operate.
- Communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others.
- Building New / changing existing environments to meet business requirements to deliver value by enabling rapid innovation through modern software development and product delivery across geographic locations.
- Identifies opportunities to fine-tune and optimize test environments to solve complex business problems, striving for continuous improvements and streamlining of processes to permit consistent testing.
- Completing Root cause analysis to minimise risk of repeated issues.
- Communicate effectively with all our Stakeholders on a global basis.
- Undertake both individual assignments and participate in team activities.
- Occasional out-of-hours working including evenings and weekends to help deliver business critical projects may be required.

**Knowledge/Experience**:
- Udeploy
- Monitoring - ITRS, AppDynamics, Splunk “log scanning”
- Server OS - RedHat Linux via shell, Wintel, Mainframe
- Bash Scripting
- DB - MS SQL, Oracle, Mongo, DB2 (for Mainframe)
- Autosys | Mainframe - Scheduler
- Kibana Dashboards
- Jira / Service Now
- Confluence and SharePoint
- Network Connectivity
- SFTP
- Glass Box
- Tableau - Data visualization
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Good team-work skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
- Knowledge of testing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the determination to learn and achieve goals
- Flexible and able to deliver quality results in the required timeframe
- Experience in full lifecycle development
- Ability to inspire and raise the level of colleagues from a technical perspective.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Able to take initiative and drive issues and projects to successful conclusion
- Time management is key to this role and adjusting priorities as required is essential.
- Escalate issues and risks promptly
