Stand and Display Project Manager - Multicultural and dynamic work environment.
Duo Display is a world leader in exhibition stands. To support its growth in Canada and the United States, Duo Display is recruiting a Stand and Display Project Manager. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer projects from A to Z (stand and display projects).
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests and questions in a professional and efficient manner.
- Advise customers on our solutions and prepare quotations
- Take orders and enter them into our ERP software
- Follow up orders with customers and production.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet commitments
- Able to work both as part of a team and independently
- Real attention to detail
- **English native** and French basic (75% English-speaking customers and 25% French-speaking customers)Benefits:

Duo Display est un leader mondial en stand d’exposition. Pour accompagner sa croissance au Canada et aux États-Unis, Duo Display recrute chargé de projet stand et displays. En tant que membre du l’équipe du service à la clientèle, vous avez en charge le suivi et la gestion des projets clients de A à Z (projets de stands et de displays).
Responsabilités:
- Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace
- Conseiller les clients sur nos solutions et préparer des devis
- Prendre les commandes et les saisir dans notre logiciel ERP
- Faire le suivi des commandes auprès des clients et de la production
Exigences:
- 1 à 2 années d’expérience dans un poste semblable
- Excellentes compétences informatiques
- Excellente communication tant verbale qu’à l’écrit
- Qualités organisationnelles supérieures et capable de fixer les priorités et de respecter les engagements pris
- Capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que de façon autonome
- Réel souci du détail
- Anglais natif et français basic (75% de clients anglophones et 25% de clients francophones)Avantages:
