Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Answer customer service questions from clients and potential clients.
- Handle any concerns of the client in a timely manner.
- Keep front desk area and lobby clean and tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Monitor office supplies and let managers know what to orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
