**Description de l'emploi**
Qui recherchons-nous ?
Nous recherchons un Assistant(e) Responsable de Magasin qui doit être un leader exceptionnel capable de motiver, inspirer et développer l'équipe du magasin.
**Responsabilités du poste**
- Fournir et assurer des expériences clients légendaires de manière constante
- Établir la satisfaction du client
- Coach, développer et maximiser le succès de tous les associés
- Définir les attentes et garantir la responsabilité
- Maximiser le potentiel de vente en coachant les comportements des associés sur le terrain de vente et en arrière-boutique
- Construire une équipe qui travaille bien ensemble en fonction des besoins du magasin
- Recruter, embaucher et constituer le personnel
- Assurer la formation de l'équipe d'associés
- Analyser l'activité et créer des plans d'action
- Communiquer efficacement avec/à l'équipe
- Diriger/exécuter les politiques/pratiques de l'entreprise
- Diriger le flux de marchandises
- Assurer les normes visuelles et de marchandisage et une expérience positive en magasin
- Gérer les dépenses contrôlables
- Maintenir les procédures Mango Prévention des pertes et sécurité
**Compétences/expérience requises**
- Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail de biens de luxe spécialisés ou comparable
- Expérience préalable en gestion des ventes
- Capacité démontrée à atteindre des objectifs de vente individuels et des métriques
- Capacité prouvée à générer des résultats de vente, capable d'analyser les rapports de vente, d'identifier les tendances commerciales et de réagir rapidement aux besoins de l'entreprise
- Confort à prendre des décisions et à médier les conflits au sein d'un environnement d'équipe
- Capacité à aborder des problèmes complexes et à allouer du temps pour exécuter plusieurs tâches et priorités changeantes
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication interpersonnelle et en service client
- Capacité à identifier/évaluer les meilleurs talents et à former/développer/retenir de grandes personnes Maîtrise des logiciels basés sur Windows tels que Excel, Word et Outlook

As the Assistant Manager at MANGO ROYAL MOUNT you must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team to maximize sales and profits, create an exceptional work environment and ensure an extraordinary customer experience to each and every customer.
The Assistant Manager (ASM) in partnership with the Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store; ensures positive customer experiences; demonstrates a strong ability to meet individual sales and metric goals; drives profitable top-line sales growth and coaches store associates to consistently provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The Assistant Manager understands key business drivers and adjusts the business accordingly.
