**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**

Le directeur adjoint de magasin inspire l'équipe pour construire un magasin qui soit un atout pour la communauté. Vous représentez la voix de l'entreprise sur les questions environnementales et communautaires en utilisant le magasin comme un théâtre pour donner vie à ces questions et pour éduquer et inspirer notre équipe et nos clients. Vous aidez le directeur du magasin à atteindre les objectifs de service à la clientèle et de vente, tout en contrôlant les dépenses et en veillant à ce que le magasin fonctionne efficacement et réflete la mission de notre entreprise. Vous aidez à gérer le magasin de détail en tenant compte des intérêts à court et à long terme de l'entreprise, de ses employés et de la communauté dans laquelle ils travaillent. Vous développez activement les chefs d'équipe, le coordinateur des stocks et les pros de la vente au détail en les encadrant, en les développant et en gérant leurs performances.

- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (Une bonne connaissance de l’anglais est nécessaire car cette fonction implique une communication régulière en anglais avec des clients et/ou des membres de l’équipe dans d’autres provinces).

**EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES**
- Capacité à rester debout et à marcher pendant de longues périodes sur la surface de vente, afin d'assurer le service à la clientèle et la prévention des pertes.
- Capable de tendre la main, de se pencher, de s'accroupir et de porter des produits, ce qui est nécessaire pour le service à la clientèle, le réapprovisionnement des stocks et le marchandisage du magasin.
- Il est capable de monter et de descendre un escalier en transportant des boîtes, des produits et d'autres articles nécessaires.
- Capable d'effectuer les tâches régulières d'entretien du magasin : balayer, nettoyer la sol. passer l'aspirateur, vider les poubelles, nettoyer.
- Capable de soulever en toute sécurité des boîtes pesant jusqu'à 55 livres.
- Vous êtes à l'aise pour monter sur une échelle.

The Assistant Store Manager inspires the team to build a store that is a gift to the community. You uphold the company’s voice on environmental and community issues by using the store as a theatre to bring issues to life and educate and inspire our team and customers. You support the Store Manager in achieving customer service and sales goals, while monitoring expenses, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and embodies our company’s mission. You assist in managing the retail store consistent with the short and long-term interests of the company, its employees, and the community in which they work. You actively develop the Floor Leaders, Inventory Coordinator, and Retail Pros by providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance management.

- Fluent in French and English (An excellent knowledge of English is required as this position involves regular communication in English with clients and/or team members in other provinces).

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time on the sales floor, necessary to provide sales floor coverage related to customer service and loss prevention.
