**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Delivery team.
This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 151 Yonge Street, Suite 1200, Toronto, ON.

**What your day looks like**:
- Overall project management of the suite of assigned strategic and operational projects
- Ensure project alignment and compliance with standards and policies
- Provide project management consultation services to the business units and partners by promoting the use of standard project management practices
- Coordinate with other project managers to ensure timely and complete delivery of projects maintaining complete awareness of interdependencies and communicating same to relevant stakeholders
- Provide issue resolution and escalation services as required to facilitate project success
- Provide accurate and timely project performance reporting to the Project Management Office, Executive management, project sponsors and relevant stakeholders
- Manage the change management process as it specifically relates to program and project scope, schedule, cost and expectations
**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP, PMI or SCRUM certifications preferred
- Financial Service Experience preferred
- 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years project management experience
- 3+ years recent working experience in financial services
- Excellent understanding of project management practices and project life cycles
- Demonstrated ability in critical path analysis, project planning and remediation
- Strong organizational, delegation and administrative skills with ability to manage and implement projects involving cross departmental teams
- Functional knowledge of project accounting and budget planning, cost control, capital/expense approval and management procedures required for project tracking
- Understanding of services agreements as related to commercial contracts and IT/IS systems
- Superior negotiating, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with broad knowledge and expertise in technology focused business practices
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and balance multiple project responsibilities at the same time
- Vendor management experience, having worked with, managed and negotiated with vendors
