**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
- Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades and third-party systems including PeopleTools, patches and fixes and new version upgrades.
- Analyze the interaction between peripheral systems and PeopleSoft to determine if changes are required to achieve business requirements.
- Analyze the impact of new functionality to existing business processes; identify opportunities for functional enhancements and determine strategies on existing customizations.
- Determine and test regulation and system legislative requirement changes required to achieve business objectives.
- Follows up on deviations and re-testing in order to obtain final sign off as required.
- Prepares testing strategy for various types of user acceptance testing (UAT) such as Patches and Fixes, PeopleTools upgrades, CORs and PeopleSoft version upgrades.
- Monitor for efficacy of new functionality and raise warranty issues as appropriate.
- Create documentation of new processes, or provide expertise in the revision and maintenance of current manuals for staff.
- Consult with business areas and demonstrate knowledge of system and process mapping using proven methodologies
- Take ownership of, and ensure integrity of, data through regular audits, troubleshooting irregularities with business teams to research and correct discrepancies.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Computer Technology, etc.) is strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Certification in process or business analysis, project management or related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a process, business or functional analyst role or performing duties related to this position in a technical registrarial capacity.
- Proficient working knowledge of PSQuery, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, XML, SQL, web page development tools and Adobe products.

**SALARY: $**61,635 - $80,033 annually,** **reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time** **permanent** **position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
