**About the role**

We're looking for an IT Business Analyst I to join our growing team

As a Business Analyst, you will have to play a leading role in the IT Security Privileged Access management team. You need to understand the technical vision as well as the objectives pursued. In addition to collecting and documenting business or technical requirements, you will need to communicate them in appropriately to the relevant audiences. In collaboration with the other members of the project team, you will analyze the solutions, develop test plans that you will execute at the appropriate time and finally, participate in the implementation of the solution. You will also provide support for activities related to change management.

**Major Responsibilities**:
**Collect and document the requirements**:

- Participate in gathering requirements for the integration of new systems into the privilege access management product.
- Evaluate, understand, and document requirements.
- Question / negotiate / validate certain requirements when appropriate.
- Leverage your understanding of business processes and technology for efficient requirements gathering.
- Conduct and document operational processes and assess impacts as needed.
- Develop the documentation relating to the collection of requirements and obtain formal approval from stakeholders.
- Write, review, and recommend changes to documentation (e.g., user guides, policies, system documentation and training documentation) to facilitate user training, as well as the integration of new processes and technologies into operations in progress.

**Analysis of the requirements and development of the solution**:

- Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications and business process changes.
- Participate with architects and technical specialists in translating needs into solutions.

**Quality control and testing of the delivered solution**:

- Establish, document and plan test scenarios to confirm that deployed solutions will meet established requirements, standards, and practices.
- Execute test plans and document results.
- Ensure the participation of key stakeholders and execute, validate, and confirm that the deployed solutions meet the agreed business requirements and requirements.

**What you need**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an IT business analyst in an innovative environment within a large organization.
- University degree in administration, computer science or or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing IT environment and with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to popularize technical terminologies in non-technical language and vice versa.
- Skills required: Integrity, respect, commitment, responsibility, customer, and results oriented.
- Knowledge of the Insurance sector: an asset.
- Identity and access management/Privileged Access Management: an asset.
- Project experiences in Agile Scrum mode.
- Good understanding of JIRA & Confluence.
- Bilingualism (French / English): an asset -_ Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country._
